type into the email bar
play the video, hover over the collab sign and click the script and the telephone
when hovering over social media posts, the caption appears, click on the posts
FEATURES:
click on the tour bus, the Chinese takeaway, the dolls house and the milkshake. click on or drag around the scrapbook pictures.
click on or scroll through the wheel of photos
there is availability to interact with the contents page through the email and Instagram options
PRODUCTION: INTERTEXTUALITY
I wanted to include lots of intertextuality in my magazine and website as an intelligent, culturally aware audience will enjoy uncovering them and understanding them. The intertextuality is evidenced below:
WEBSITE:
when displaying the ‘shop’ section of my website I used intertextuality in the names of some of the T-shirts available. The Leonardo Dicaprio T-shirt is called the ‘Never Let Go Tee’ an intertextual reference to the famous line in the film ‘Titanic’, in which he stars. The Brad Pitt T-shirt is called the ‘Don’t talk about it Tee’, an intertextual reference to the rules of Fight Club.
In the news section of my website I used the phrase ‘Spotted’ as it is an intertextual reference to ‘Gossip Girl’ a phrase the blogger uses when writing about the characters.
In the subscribe section of my website I used the quote ‘Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship’ an intertextual reference to the last line of Casablanca, and builds a bond with readers.
the features page includes intertextuality to other films through the DVDs, the book, and the costumes
CONTENTS PAGE:
a reference to Francis Ford Coppola movie 'The Godfather'
intertextual reference to the show 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer', The Scooby Gang is what they call themselves
reference to the famous line from the movie 'Scream'
